Developing new models and even updating the existing ones is sometimes very timely, thus it takes a lot of time for the auto concern to develop the whole and complete lineup for the future, and still the prediction may be different from the reality in the end, however in the case of Lincoln this rarely happens. Even though it is a rather good news that the lineup will expend, the fact that it will expend by 2016 is not so good, as we know fans do not like waiting too long.
The total forecast of the U.S. bank is that more and more manufacturers will move from the creation of meaningful, unique models to more frequent updating of medium and mass-market cars, hoping to maintain high profit margins. The report has quite a lot of different data, but we are interested in some specific comments. For example, Bank of America expects that Ford and Lincoln with it will put major revision of 46% of its models in 2015, and the following year. The result will be the emergence of a new pickup F-Series, the all-new midsize crossover Ford Edge which is also paired with Lincoln MKX, and a new sports car Ford Mustang, which gives a prediction that Lincoln maybe will renovate one of his cars into a sports one. Another 20% of the models will be updated in 2016.
