Lincoln Brand won the first place in the annual ranking of the American customer satisfaction (ACSI), gaining 90 points out of a possible 100. Behind the leader by only 1 point, second place went to Lexus, and a third place in the ranking was divided by Buick and Subaru, earned by 87 points. Also in the top 10 brands there were BMW, Cadillac, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and Volkswagen.

It should be noted that last year, the new leader took only 9th place. Experts attribute the rapid rise of Lincoln to the fact that their policy has become more customer-centric. Despite the high customer loyalty to the brand, the total number of sales declined slightly.

Average rating of customer satisfaction has increased this year from 83 to 84 points. This was achieved for the first time since 2009, when to counter the effects of the financial crisis in the United States was introduced a recycling program of spare parts, which had the idea to motivate people to purchase new cars. Against the background of a small, but still noticeable increase of customer satisfaction, the trust Americans to Japanese automakers fell, which, in general, was predictable, given the massive reviews of “Japanese” on the service last year.
