Producers promise that the Lincoln MKZ will be “something more” than upgraded Ford Fusion, despite the almost complete coincidence of the platform scales and other motor systems. By the way, the serial Lincoln MKZ is almost completely taken over in the conceptual design of the exterior of the prototype presented at the Detroit Auto Show. To distance future innovations from the cars built on that platform, Ford decided to expand the list of available units of MKZ by six-cylinder engine rated at 300 horsepower. Base engine will be a 240-hp two-liter Ecoboost.

Sedan got an adjustable suspension with three fixed settings (Sport / Normal / Comfort).
